Indonesian police have arrested two men over a bomb attack on parliament last month, not the bombing this week of the JW Marriott Hotel in the capital, a police source and local TV said.

A senior police source said that the men had been picked up over the attack on parliament, which killed no one.

Asked if the men had been arrested over the Marriott attack or the one on parliament, known as the DPR in Indonesia, the officer told Reuters: "The DPR."

Police spokesmen could not be reached for comment.

Earlier, Metro Television, Indonesia's main news channel, said the men had been arrested over Tuesday's Marriott blast, which killed 10 people and wounded 150.

Metro, in a later bulletin, said the men had been detained over the parliament attack and a small blast at the main airport in Jakarta earlier this year. No one was killed in that attack.
