Call for financial services with a difference

IT MAY seem a little too late to host a public meeting entitled Making our Money Work for a Better World, but then it’s only in a time of crisis that people are really open to change. The event, at Cultivate, St Andrew Street, Dublin on Wednesday, November 10th from 3pm, will highlight the need for ethically and ecologically sensitive financial services. Speakers include Paul Ellis of the Ecology Building Society, Alex Connor of Triodos Bank and Miles Litvinoff of the Ecumenical Council for Corporate Responsibility.
