Lawyers involved in an action relating to planning aspects of a major high-rise office development in central Dublin told the High Court yesterday they were seeking more time to consider a judgment in the matter. The case was adjourned until Tuesday next.

The High Court had been expected to clarify yesterday whether work on some parts of the development could continue because of the action taken by Ms Vera O'Connor, chairperson of TLMG Tenants Association. Ms O'Connor had sued Dublin Corporation, with the developers, Borg Developments Ltd, named as a notice party to the proceedings.
