Gardai have appealed for information after a teenager alleged she was raped near a nightclub in Fermoy, Co Cork. The 19-year-old girl alleged she was followed and raped by a man in Waterloo Lane, off Ashe Quay, at around 2.15 a.m. on Saturday. Gardai believe the girl's assailant was in his late teens or early 20s.
