Don’t let boredom send you back to the couch

Regular physical exercise is one of the best steps to improve your health, but let’s face it, running the same route around the park or going to the same spin class every week can get a bit repetitive.

If you find your enthusiasm for exercise is waning because of incoming boredom, maybe it’s time to shake things up. Perhaps you can make the workout more interesting by putting new music in your earphones while you run or setting yourself new routes or challenges on foot or bike. Maybe it’s time to explore other group fitness classes on offer - you will learn new moves, exercise different muscles and maybe get to know other people.
