Gardaí rule out foul play in man's death

Gardaí investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a flat in Dublin city this morning have ruled out foul play.

Gardaí investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a flat in Dublin city this morning have ruled out foul play.

The man, thought to be in his mid-40s, was found dead in a flat in a house on Phibsboro Road at around 9.30am.

State Pathologist Marie Cassidy carried out a post-mortem at the City Morgue.

As a result of the post-mortem Gardaí have said they are satisfied that no foul play was involved.
