British support services firm Enterprise has agreed to purchase an the ESBI's engineering consulting business for £11.7 million (€17 million) in cash.
The final purchase price for ESBI Engineering, a power distribution and transmission network contractor, will be determined on completion of the deal, said Enterprise in a statement.
ESBI Engineering, whose clients include electricity utilities, rail network operators and power generators, generated pre-tax profits of £0.3 million on turnover of £39.0 million in 2004.
