US President George W. Bush said today the killing of Saddam Hussein's two sons would reassure Iraqis that the ousted leader's rule would never return.
"Saddam Hussein's sons were responsible for torture, maiming and murder of countless Iraqis," Mr Bush said.
"Now more than ever all Iraqis can know that the former regime is gone and will not be coming back," he said in the White House Rose garden after meeting his top civil administrator for Iraq.
