Late post:The UK's Royal Mail launched an investigation after a card was delivered to a family from a grandfather who died two years previously.

The card was one of hundreds of letters left undelivered to addresses in Derby since 2003. The incident left people without post for several years. A spokeswoman said an employee suspended when the story emerged had left the business.
