Connacht v Leinster team news:Leinster coach Michael Cheika has made seven changes to his starting XV from last weekend's win over Ulster for tomorrow's clash with Connacht at the Sportsground in Galway (4.0pm).

In the backs, Girvan Dempsey steps in at fullback for the rested Rob Kearney, while Fergus McFadden takes over from Brian O'Driscoll to partner Gordon D'Arcy in midfield.

With Cian Healy sitting the game out, Cheika has switched things around in the frontrow, with Stan Wright moving to loosehead and Mike Ross coming in at tighthead. Bernard Jackman replaces John Fogarty at hooker.

Trevor Hogan takes over from Malcolm O'Kelly in the secondrow, while there are two changes to the backrow. Nathan Hines comes back from injury to line out at blindside in place of Kevin McLaughlin, while Stephen Keogh takes over from Jamie Heaslip at number eight.

The bench will be confirmed closer to kick-off.

Connacht captain John Muldoon and hooker Sean Cronin, who were rested for the game against Munster last week, return to Michael Bradley's side.

Also returning to the starting XV are Fionn Carr, Ian Keatley, Frank Murphy, Ronan Loughney, Robbie Morris, Mike McCarthy and Ray Ofisa.

The surface of the pitch at the Sportsground has been covered in a bid to beat the big freeze.
