A British lorry-driver was killed in a road crash in Co Carlow today.
Two articulated lorries collided head on at Boggin Hill, Ballin at about 10.20 a.m.
The British driver, who was in his 30’s, died at the scene and his body was taken to Carlow Hospital.
The driver of the other lorry was taken to St Luke’s Hospital in Co Kilkenny where he was treated for minor injuries.
