A 15-year-old boy was dragged from his bed and savagely beaten by a gang in the North last night.
Four masked men forced their way into the teenager's home in Portavogie, Co Down, on Cloughey Road late last night.
The boy was kicked and attacked with a stick and suffered a suspected broken arm and injuries to his knees.
Detectives investigating the assault say they are still trying to establish a motive and have urged any witnesses to contact them.
