Gardai at Howth are seeking assistance in the identification of a man whose body was taken from the sea at Balscadden Road, Howth, Co Dublin yesterday at around 8 a.m.
The man has grey/black hair and brown eyes and is thought to be aged between 45 and 50. He is 5ft 10ins and weighs around 18 stone.
He was wearing a black leather jacket, denim shirt and blue jeans. He has a Harley Davidson logo tattoo on his right arm and a rose emblem on his left arm.
