Handmade Handbag – the leather handbags made by Conor Holden in Dingle are works of art in both the beauty of their design and the prices they command.

Fortunately, very occasionally Conor holds handbag making courses to teach you the skills needed to design, cut, prepare and sew your own. Courses are limited to six-eight participants to ensure you end up with a bag worthy of the Holden insignia. The next course runs Monday 9th-Friday 13th of March with free follow-up support.

The fee of €800 seems expensive, until you realise that one of his bags alone sells for €485. Think of how much you’ll save making your own.
