November 2 is the release date for The Best Of U2 Volume One 1980-1990, following the band's $50 million deal with Polygram. The second and third volumes will follow in the new year, but what I want to know is, when will U2 release Live At The Dandelion Market for the five million fans who claim to have been there?
The Kilkenny Beer Cream Of Irish Festival kicks off in Temple Bar tonight with a gig by the very entertaining Jack L in the Music Centre, comedy from Mark Doherty in the Palace Bar, multimedia works by John Byrne in Arthouse on Curved Street, and a pub trail featuring Paul Tiernan, Paddy Casey, Gemma Hayes and Leslie Keye.
