The company secretary of Ryanair, Mr Howard Millar, has realised more than €1 million (£845,000) from the sale of Ryanair shares.
Mr Millar made a profit of €765,000 after buying Ryanair shares on Monday at an option price of €1.14 and then selling them in the market at €9.80 each. He also sold another 31,648 to realise €307,210.
