Baltimore Technologies chief executive Mr Fran Rooney has spent more than £900,000 sterling (€1.5 billion) buying shares at an option price less than half Baltimore's current price in the market. Mr Rooney bought 607,861 shares at an option price of 150p sterling and he now owns 6.76 million Baltimore shares worth almost £23 million sterling.
