Mr Brendan Maher has been appointed technical manager at irishjobs.ie. Mr Maher worked previously as an analyst programmer with Mentec.

Managed Solutions Corporation has made two new appointments. Mr Alan McDonnell will join the company as director of business development and Mr Peter McCormick has been appointed director of marketing.

Ms Catherine Sheridan has been appointed business development manager with the Computer Training Institute. She has more than 16 years experience in the IT training sector.

Fort James Ireland has made two new appointments. Ms Bairbre Brennan and Ms Mary Gorman have been appointed trade marketing managers. Ms Brennan is a graduate of UCD and Ms Gorman is a graduate of the College of Marketing and Design. Mr Les Burke has been appointed sales director with responsibility for Northern Ireland and the Republic with Equinox E-business Solutions. He joins Equinox from ICS Computing in Belfast.

Mr Victor Brophy has been appointed sales and marketing director with ChangingWorlds, a provider of personalisation solutions.

Sanderson, the international IT services provider, has appointed Mr Mike Hully as managing director. Mr Hully has eight year's experience working with the company.

Golden Pages has made two appointments. Mr Tim Wynne has been appointed marketing director and Ms Ursula Murphy has been appointed HR director.

Mr John P Bruder has been appointed to the property team of Treasury Holdings Group. He joins the company from AIB Investment Managers, where he held the position of head of property.

The Lodge and Spa at Inchydoney Island, Clonakilty, Co Cork, has appointed Mr Robert Gleeson as executive head chef. Mr Gleeson started his career with a traditional apprenticeship in Oxford, England, and spent several years working abroad in Switzerland and Australia.

Ms Mary Skelly has been appointed to the advisory board of the Cork Cancer Research Centre. Ms Skelly, an Irish-American, is chief executive of Irish BioVentures International.
