Oniva signs Chinese deal

Oniva, the pan-European e-business consultancy with an operation in the Republic, has signed a joint venture agreement with Sparkice.com Inc, China's leading business-to-business solutions provider.

The deal was signed in the presence of the Tanaiste, Ms Harney.
