Mr Damian Ryan, chief executive of the Irish online advertising agency ICAN, has resigned to establish a new Irish digital media consultancy.
Mr Ryan established the company two years ago and will remain as a 20 per cent shareholder in the company along with Mr Denis O'Brien and Mr Leslie Buckley.
