The executive directors of Fyffes received a 4.3 per cent increase in their average salaries to £291,111 (€370,000) in 1999 from £279,138 (€354,000) in 1998, according to the group's annual report. Average performance related bonuses went down from £79,310 to £64,920. The three executive directors had unchanged fees which averaged £38,000.
