`Ethnic workplace' promoted

Businesses are going to have to embrace the concept of an ethnic workplace to a far greater extent if Ireland is to take its place among the most advanced, competitive economies in the world, the director of the Small Firms Association, Mr Pat Delaney said yesterday. A pro-active approach would be required from government and others, he said.
