Denis O'Brien's bid for Eircom means the Esat PR account will be up for pitch probably before the end of the year.

The account had been handled by FCC Shandwick, which is headed by Eileen Gleeson.

But she is now handling Mr O'Brien's campaign and has resigned from Esat due to conflict of interest. FHS is caretaking the account until a tender can be organised.
