THE four directors of Tullow Oil shared a total remuneration package of £391,524 in 1996. According to its annual report, the four executive directors, managing director, Mr Aidan Heavey; finance director, Mr Matthew Maher; exploration director, Mr Duilio Cirani and legal and commercial director, Mr Graham Martin, earned total salaries of £310,672, up from £300,124 in 1995.
They each also shared taxable benefits worth £27,386 and pension contributions worth £65,000. The four non-executive directors, shared fees of £42,000 and taxable benefits of £12,580.
