CRH placing to raise €345m

CRH will raise €345 million (£271.7 million) after expenses by placing 19.57 million new ordinary shares at €18 per share. The new ordinary shares being issued represent 5 per cent of CRH's issued share capital before the placing. The placing will be handled by UBS Warburg and Davy Stockbrokers.
