AN order was made in the High Court yesterday confirming a reduction of Pounds 1.1 million in the share capital of Norish Public Limited Company.

Company secretary Mr Francis Gregory O Hara in an affidavit said the Norish Public Limited Company was incorporated in 1975 and had its registered office at Tullynamaira, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan.of cold and chilled storage, property, investment and development.

Since 1994 the company has disposed of six facilities at Belfast, Craigavon, Castleblayney, Dublin, Kilkenny and Cork as a result of which exceptional losses occurred.

Mr O'Hara said it was decided at the company's a.g.m. on May 14th last that the share capital of the company be reduced by the cancellation of the sum of Pounds 1.1 million standing to the credit of the company's share premium account.
