The AIM-listed Conroy Diamonds and Gold plc has been granted 11 additional prospecting licences within the Longford-Down Massif, increasing the company's landholding on the Massif to 1,300sq km . According to Prof Richard Conroy, the company had already found gold during fieldwork in certain adjacent areas before applying for the new licences.
