Court grants Dunne application

Sean DunneSunday Independent

The paper says lawyers for Mr Dunne brought the ex parte application before the resumption of proceedings being brought by his present wife, Gayle Killilea, against Christopher Lehane, the official assignee overseeing Mr Dunne’s Irish bankruptcy.

Ms Killilea is challenging the court’s decision to grant Mr Lehane an order preventing her from selling her interest in the Lagoon Beach Hotel or the company behind it.
