Finnegan Menton is looking for a tenant for a high bay warehouse and office building at Greenogue Business Park in Rathcoole, Co Dublin, which is available at €6.50 per sq ft. The property has been occupied for a number of years by Irish Pride Bakeries which recently went into receivership and is due to be acquired by Pat the Baker. The modern, detached building with a 10m eaves height and a floor area of 2,296sq m (24,000sq ft) was used as the Dublin depot for Irish Pride Bakeries. There are 603sq m (6,500sq ft) of offices and boardroom and canteen facilities.
