Colliers ramps up expansion with three new hires

Real estate adviser makes appointments in research, lease advisory and marketing

Colliers, the real estate professional services and investment management company, has appointed three new senior team members as it continues to expand its Irish presence.

Kate Ryan has joined Colliers as director of research, where she will lead the newly created Dublin research department. Ms Ryan, who previously held roles in BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bannon, will be responsible for providing clients and colleagues with real-time information and insights aimed at adding value across portfolios and aide decision making.

Joining the lease advisory department as an associate director is Catherine Loughnane, who has worked in the property industry for more than a decade.

Ms Loughnane is a specialist in all landlord and tenant matters, is a highly experienced negotiator in rent reviews and has acted as an expert witness at arbitration and court hearings. Prior to joining Colliers, Ms Loughnane worked in Avison Young (formerly GVA Donal O Buachalla).

Caitriona Kirrane joins Colliers as marketing manager. With more than eight years' marketing and communications experience, having previously held roles in both BNP Paribas Real Estate and Knight Frank, Ms Kirrane has worked on projects for some of the most prolific players in the Irish real estate market and is a digital marketing specialist.

Announcing the appointments, Declan Stone, managing director with Colliers, said: "We're delighted to welcome Kate, Catherine and Caitriona to Colliers as part of our ongoing expansion plans. All three have a wealth of experience in their respective fields and we look forward to seeing that applied to our clients' real estate requirements."
