Ms Ryan, who previously held roles in BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bannon, will be responsible for providing clients and colleagues with real-time information and insights aimed at adding value across portfolios and aide decision making.

Joining the lease advisory department as an associate director is Catherine Loughnane, who has worked in the property industry for more than a decade.

Ms Loughnane is a specialist in all landlord and tenant matters, is a highly experienced negotiator in rent reviews and has acted as an expert witness at arbitration and court hearings. Prior to joining Colliers, Ms Loughnane worked in Avison Young (formerly GVA Donal O Buachalla).
