KICKING OFF today with a keynote event in the House of Lords in Dublin, Bank of Ireland Enterprise Week will feature events in almost every branch in the country and flagship events in every region.

“We want to reach out to as many businesses as we can during Enterprise Week,” says Mark Cunningham. “Overall, between the businesses taking part in the Show Your Business events in the branches, the businesspeople taking part in the hundreds of open days, the enterprise evenings and other networking events taking place in the branches, along with those that will call into branches during the week, we hope to make contact with between 10,000 and 15,000 individual entrepreneurs and businesspeople.”

The objective is to inform, assist and connect existing and potential SMEs, helping them to develop and share ideas while benefiting from personalised information and support from local experts.

At the very heart of Enterprise Week is Show Your Business, the nationwide series of events which allows companies promote their products and services in their local Bank of Ireland branch. It’s a great opportunity for firms to reach out to the public and let them know about their businesses. This has been one of the most successful elements of previous Enterprise Weeks. More than 1,500 businesses are expected to take part during the coming week.
