Whatever happened to . . . Falcao?

Remember him? Brazilian legend of bygone days? Well, his name was mentioned in dispatches last week when he was accused by his ex-wife of hiring five men to kidnap their seven-year-old child from her Los Angeles home. Rosane Leal Damazio, in an interview with a Brazilian magazine, also blamed the couple's 1997 separation on Falcao's alleged infidelity. "I came home and saw him in the bathroom," she revealed. "He was naked and looking at himself in the mirror. There was another person taking a shower. I thought it was a woman . . .

but it wasn't." Falcao, who's now a sports commentator with a Brazilian television station, has yet to explain why he was naked and looking at himself in the mirror - but it better be good.
