LEINSTER COLLEGES SHC A: St Brendan's CS, Birr 6-13 St. Mary's Enniscorthy 3-4: IT WAS easy for St Brendan's CS at Palmerstown yesterday. Leading 1-1 to 0-0 by the ninth minute, the goal from Eoin Dunne, St Mary's briefly rallied with a Patrick O'Leary goal after 13 minutes.
However, St Brendan’s led 5-7 to 1-3 at the break after goals from Andrew Connolly (2) and Kevin Dunne (2). They added a sixth through Dunne, while Brendan Kearney hit two goals for St Mary’s.
