FAI Cup Replay round-up:Waterford United booked their place in the semi-final of the FAI Ford Cup with a well-earned 2-0 win against St Patrick's Athletic in tonight's quarter-final replay at Richmond Park.
Alan Carey opened the scoring for the visitors when his cross left Pat's keeper Gary Rogers flat-footed and found the back of the net after 25 minutes.
Willie John Kiely doubled Waterford's advantage after seizing on Graham Cummins' blocked effort after 39 minutes.
Elsewhere in tonight's other quarter-final replays, Bohemians were denied 2-1 on the road to Sligo Rovers.
Bray Wanderers were 2-1 winners against Longord Town, while Sporting Fingal defeated Shamrock Rovers 2-1 in extra-time.
