FAI Cup semi-final round-up:St Patrick's Athletic are within 90 minutes of claiming their first FAI Cup trophy in 51 years after goals from Kenny Browne, Greg Bolger and Seán O'Connor earned them a 3-0 victory over Dundalk at Oriel Park.

They will have to wait until Wednesday night to find out who they will play in the decider after Derry City and Shelbourne drew 1-1 at The Brandywell in the earlier game and now must meet at Tolka Park.

St Pat's opened the scoring on 20 minutes when Ger O’Brien’s corner was turned back neatly by Chris Forrester for Browne to side-foot home from a couple of yards.

O’Connor set up Bolger for the game’s second goal eight minutes after the restart and O’Connor wrapped things up with an opportunistic long range effort after Peter Cherrie had been forced to come and head a long, looping Jake Carroll ball into no-man’s land.
