Pizarro predicts Chelsea silverware
New Chelsea signing Claudio Pizarro is confident Jose Mourinho's side can reclaim the Premier League title next season and finally conquer Europe.
The 28-year-old Peru striker, who won the German Bundesliga crown with Bayern Munich in 2006, completed a summer move to Stamford Bridge after bringing the curtain down a six-year spell in Bavaria.
Manchester United ended Chelsea's two-year reign as Premier League champions last season, while Mourinho has so far failed to land the Champions League crown which he won during his final campaign with former employers Porto in 2004.
"It was the right time to leave Munich, but I am still sad for having said goodbye to them," Pizarro said.
"But a new opportunity appeared, I have a new challenge to face and I'm delighted with it.
"Now, I have the opportunity to win the Champions League with a great team and a great coach. My goal is to win the Premier League title and all the other cups we'll play in."
