Bitter rivals Arsenal and Manchester United shared the points this evening after a goalless draw that failed to live up to the furious contests the fans have come to expect from the two teams.

Second-placed United will have more regrets having asked questions of the home defence late on. The draw leaves them 13 points behind champions and runaway leaders Chelsea.

Arsenal's title hopes were realistically already over, they now trail Chelsea by a 24 points.
