Ashley Cole's agent Jonathan Barnett has been fined £100,000 and had his licence suspended for his part in the England defender's infamous meeting with Chelsea.
An independent Football Association disciplinary commission has found two charges against the agent proven.
The charges related to Cole's meeting with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and chief executive Peter Kenyon in London's Royal Park Hotel on January 27th, 2005.
Barnett's agent's licence is to be withheld for 18 months, although the second nine months are suspended on the condition he does not breach any more FA rules during that time.
Chelsea, Cole and Mourinho were all fined last year - and the full-back finally moved from Arsenal to Stamford Bridge last month.
