Anthony Foley names unchanged side for Scarlets clash

CJ Stander captains province as they look to secure a place in next year’s Champions Cup

Anthony Foley has named an unchanged line-up for the first time this season as Munster look to secure Champions Cup qualification against the Scarlets on Saturday.

Victory over Edinburgh last weekend kept the province’s hopes of returning to Europe’s top table next season alive and Foley has kept faith in the XV who beat the Scots 27-19 at Musgrave Park.

Another win for Munster at Thomond Park on Saturday would guarantee sixth place, however a bonus point may also be enough dependent on seventh place Ospreys’ result against Ulster.

Dave Kilcoyne is set to make his 100th cap for the province while CJ Stander, who was named Irupa Players' Player of the Year during the week, captains the side from number eight.
