Rugby:Flanker Peter O'Mahony will miss Munster's return home game against Llanelli at Thomond Park on Sunday after sustaining a hairline crack to his jaw in the round three game at Parc y Scarlets last Saturday.
O’Mahony was replaced at half-time of Munster’s 17-14 victory by Denis Leamy and an X-ray showed that the damage will keep him sidelined for at least two weeks.
Munster play Connacht at home in the Pro12 League on St Stephen’s Day before a trip to Belfast to take on Ulster on December 30th.
Meanwhile, Keith Earls is expected to return to full training this week and could be included in the Munster squad for the weekend, while Peter Borlase (back), Dave O’Callaghan (knee) and Sean Scanlon (neck) all returned from injury for the British and Irish Cup win over Ayr in Tralee. Ivan Dineen (knee) also returns to training this week.
