Italy coach Pierre Berbizier has been forced to make three changes to his side for Saturday's final Six Nations match againt Ireland in Rome.

With flanker Mauro Bergamasco banned for four weeks for punching Stephen Jones in last week's 23-20 victory over Wales, Maurizio Zaffiri will start at openside.

Ezio Galon comes in at centre for Gonzalo Canale, out with a thigh injury, while Salvatore Perugini starts in the front row instead of Andrea Lo Cicero, who is suffering from a dose of flu.

Otherwise the team is unchanged. Italy are seeking a third win in the championship having achieved two - against Scotland and Wales - for the first time.
