US Tour/Funai Classic: England's Justin Rose carded a course-record 12-under-par 60 to grab the early first-round lead at the Funai Classic in Florida.
Playing on the Lake Buena Vista Palms course - one of two layouts being used for the $4.6 million event - Rose's round included a remarkable run of 10 birdies over his first 12 holes, including six straight from the seventh, to better the Palms record of 61.
Rose got his day off to a sizzling start with birdies on his opening three holes and after a par-birdie-par stutter at four, five and six stepped up his assault with three more birdies to complete the front nine in seven-under 29.
