Christy Roche is taking no chances with Youlneverwalkalone's attempt on Saturday's Bula Hurdle and will fly his young star to Cheltenham tomorrow morning.

The J P McManus-owned hurdler is now a 6 to 4 favourite to beat the top English horses Barton and Hors La Loi and while the rest of Roche's Cheltenham team will take their chances on the ferry, Youlneverwalkalone is set to travel in style.

"The weather over the next couple of days is a big worry so it's 99.9 per cent certain we'll fly Youlneverwalkalone over on Friday morning. The only worry is about getting a plane!" Roche joked yesterday.

The Bula Hurdle will be covered by Channel 4 and the television company are also set to show recordings of two races from Navan on the same day.

Nick Dundee's return to action in the Racing To Please You Chase (2.40) will be the highlight but the Barry & Sandra Kelly Novice Hurdle (2.05) could also be shown.

"We are provisionally including the Nick Dundee race but it all depends on Nick Dundee being declared," a Channel 4 spokesperson confirmed.

Edward O'Grady confirmed Nick Dundee on course for the race and also that the top amateur Philip Fenton will ride.
