Presentation Bray 11 The High School 0: The High School emerged with their pride intact following this fine contest at Stradbrook yesterday.
Although trailing 11-0 inside the first 20 minutes, High School continued to battle up front.
Presentation Bray, after going in front with a Jay Harris try on five minutes, added successive penalties from full back Peter Duggan. And although Harris-Wright and second row Rory Breslin looked formidable going forward, Bray struggled in the rucks particularly after the break.
That High School failed to score was not down to lack of ambition. But their efforts were often negated by a no-nonsense display from Bray outhalf Roddy Carroll, who made some good relieving kicks under pressure.
