Leitrim SFC Final: Mohill 0-13, St Mary's 1-9 A point one minute into injury time by substitute Ray Kennedy gave Mohill their first senior football title since 1971 at Cloone yesterday. Favourites St Mary's opened up a 1-4 lead but led by only a goal at the break.

The goal came in the 11th minute when goalkeeper John McCrann spilled Jimmy Guckian's 35-metre drive to the net.

Mohill found their scoring range with a succession of points without reply from Colm Beirne, and Rory Gallagher to bring the sides level with two minutes left. The momentum was with Mohill and substitute Ray Kennedy scored the winning point.
