"Oh I really love this course," enthused the hopeless hacker to his caddie who, towards the end of a rather trying day, was way past the point of caring. "You know I'd move heaven and earth to be able to break 100 around here." Eventually, the caddie muttered: "Try heaven. You've already moved most of the earth."
