Bubba Watson and Kramer Hickok share one-shot lead at Travelers Championship

Séamus Power recovers from dreadful start to stay in touch with leaders

Americans Bubba Watson and Kramer Hickok shared a slender leader after the third round of the Travelers Championship in Connecticut.

The pair both fired rounds of two-under 68 to move to 10 under par for the tournament, one shot ahead of a trio of players comprising Australians Cameron Smith (66) and Jason Day (70), and American Russell Henley (68).

Harris English, fellow American Brice Garnett and South Korea's KH Lee shared sixth place at eight under, while world No 2 Dustin Johnson fired the round of the day with a five-under 65 to move into a tie for ninth at seven under.

Séamus Power made a fine recovery from opening his third round with four straight bogeys to card a one-over 71 and he will go out in his final round with England's Ian Poulter, who carded a 70 on Saturday; the pair four shots off the lead.

Hickok birdied four of his blemish-free first 16 holes but sullied his good work by bogeying his last two. Watson endured a round of two halves, turning at three-under for the day after a bogey-free front nine, before mixing two birdies with three bogeys coming home.
