Celtic League:Paul Steinmetz and Neil McMillan are back in the fold for Ulster for this weekend's Magner's Celtic League game after the two players had varying degrees of time out due to injury.

Steinmetz, the South African utility back, and Churchill Cup flanker McMillen have been named in coach Mark McCall's squad to play at the Arms Park on Friday night.

Following on from their victory over Borders last Friday, McCall has named a 23-man squad to meet Cardiff Blues in the hope of further strengthening the team's Celtic League hopes.

Like the other three provinces, this is the only title remaining within their reach. Ulster are second in the table, five points behind Leinster and six ahead of Cardiff, who have two games in hand.
