UEFA announced yesterday that they have brought forward Leicester City's UEFA Cup first-round second-leg tie with Red Star Belgrade to September 21st to avoid elections in Yugoslavia. UEFA took the action amid fears of political turmoil and safety worries which arose when the match was first scheduled for September 28th, just four days after general elections in the troubled state.
