MANAGER OF THE MONTH:Adrian Birrell, coach of the Ireland cricket team, has been named Philips Sports Manager of the Month for March.

The South African native has guided his team of part-timers to the Super Eight stages of the World Cup in the Caribbean, notching in the process a sensational win over Pakistan.
